Jessi Gould, B.S.

Research Associate

Jessi is part of the Social Cognition Virtual Reality Training team, where she works with individuals to promote social interactions. She facilitates discussions using a self-guided virtual reality platform so that individuals can practice behavioral interactions in hopes of gaining confidence when involved in social situations. In addition to working with the virtual reality platform, Jessi also runs statistical analysis of the research from the team’s social cognition data. Jessi received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from The University of Southern California and is currently working on her master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at The University of Texas Southwestern. Her research interests include social cognition, CBT therapy, emotional regulation, personality characteristics and family relationships.
