Wing Ting To, Ph.D.

Research Scientist

Dr. Wing Ting To is a research scientist working on neuromodulation studies. She received her master degrees in clinical psychology and quantitative analysis from Ghent University and University of Louvain, respectively, and her Ph.D. in psychology from Ghent University. Before joining the Center for BrainHealth, Dr. To worked at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (Faculty of Economics and Management) and the University College Ghent (Faculty of Education, Health and Social Work) as a scientist on diverse research projects. She is trained to conduct non-invasive neuromodulation techniques such as repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS ) and transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES) in healthy and clinical populations. Dr. To’s research interests include understanding the structure and function of human brain networks utilizing advanced brain scanning, electrophysiological techniques and neuromodulation techniques in healthy as well as clinical populations.
